SelfLube is Making Changes to its Product Line of Mold and Die Components for the New Year

Coopersville, MI (PRWEB) December 14, 2012

On average SelfLube sends out over 500 product catalogs to its customers on a quarterly basis. The catalog is a full outline of the mold and die components SelfLube manufactures and supplies. Included is part numbers, dimensions, material that is used to make each part, as well as detailed instructions when quoting. For the past few weeks the company has been working on the latest changes to the catalog and will have available in print for its customers by the New Year.

Some of the updates include the removal of the Nitrided Ejector Pins - Shoulder and the Return Pins. These were purchased parts SelfLube supplied and they will no longer be available starting in 2013. On the other hand, SelfLube will be adding more part numbers to the N Series Wear Plates available in bronze with graphite plugs, plain steel and steel with graphite plugs.

The Guide Pin Bushings (Inch) will also have some changes for easy ordering. The part numbers will now have a "G" suffix for less confusion if needing the finished part. For parts supplied with grind stock instructions are given to make the ordering process quick and easy. "At SelfLube we try to make the experience for a customer when working with us as easy as possible and we encourage if customers have suggestions to let us know. It is one more way we can better serve our customers," explains owner Phil Allor.

There is also a digital version (PDF) of the catalog available upon request where customers are able to download to their files for easy navigation and product information. When updates are made as the ones listed above - those with the digital version are able to just add in the new updates rather than update the entire catalog. For more information on this please contact SelfLube at 800-690-3600.

SelfLube is a US based manufacturer of mold and die components such as bushings, gibs, wear strips, parting line locks, lifter slides and related items - 8,000 standard part numbers in all, many of which are self-lubricating.
