<p>Today, just short of eight years after the largest natural disaster of our lifetime occurred, a movie about the 2004 Boxing Day tsunami in Southeast Asia will open at box offices around the country.</p>&#13;
<p>The movie, entitled The Impossible which stars Naomi Watts and Ewan McGregor, tells the true story of an English couple, played by Naomi Watts and Ewan McGregor, and their three children. It starts as the family begins their Christmas vacation in Thailand, with the intention of spending a few days at a tropical paradise resort. However, their idyllic vacation is interrupted on the morning of December 26, 2004, when a devastating tsunami interrupts their relaxation and destroys the coastal zone. The family is separated in the surviving apocalypse, and they begin a desperate search to reunite.</p>&#13;
<p>It took almost eight years to make. Finally the story is told on the big screen.</p>&#13;
<p>But one small company has been telling this story since 2006one small company who has been doing what they can to make a difference in the lives of the actual people who suffered through the disaster itself. </p>&#13;

<p>Roger Ebert of the Chicago Sun-Times gave the film The Impossible a perfect four star rating, praising the performances of Watts and McGregor, as well as the Spanish direction by Juan Antonio Bayona. He would go on to call it "one of the best films of the year."</p>&#13;
